New Media Learning has been making technology available and accessible with a special focus on youth for the last 30 years. We began XRlibraries in 2016 as a clearinghouse for libraries to share best practices in the installation and use of virtual and augmented reality technologies in libraries, We are the project coordinator for the California Virtual Reality Experience.
We are part of the Young Makers and MAKERED Initiative. The Maker Education Initiative’s mission is to create more opportunities for all young people to develop confidence, creativity, and interest in science, technology, engineering, math, art, and learning as a whole through making.
We build bridges between public networks and the personal quest, helping youth produce collective inspirational solutions enabling their future.
